Shipping


Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time, we will ship by the way of UPS Ground Shipping. For items that are too large or too heavy, we will send them via trucking line and you will be notified.

We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and account number on the quotation page.

In all cases where you have not specified a third part billing account, we will add the freight to the invoice. All shipments require a signature to receive, and UPS shipments are sent insured.
Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, BordertownUSA, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier. We will be happy to assist you in any way with any problems that you may encounter. Delivery Times/Production Schedules

How long will it take for you to get the items you ordered? There are a couple of factors in this equation. You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the shipping method you had selected.

Example:
Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time
Also, you must take in consideration of any customized orders. We will not begin any production until you have confirmed the production sample. This must be added into the delivery time schedule.

We can normally produce and ship your item within the quoted time. When there is a problem with producing an item with the quoted time, we will notify you.

When you order several different items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested samples and pre-production proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days.

What if UPS loses my shipment?
We guarantee that we will ship your items on the designated day via the method that you have approved. However, ownership of the goods passes to the customer once we deliver them to the carrier. We will do everything within our power to help you with any situations you encounter. All of the major carriers that we work with have policies relating to these situations that you should investigate prior to placing you order.

How can I find out the status of my order?

Email us at CustomerService@bordetownUSA.com. Please be sure to include your job number or customer name and this will help us answer your questions as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we will email you your UPS tracking number information on the day that your order ships.
