Standard Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Each Purchase Order will be judged on an individual basis based upon information submitted with your order profile. We will be sure to include our terms on each quotation. Express charges billed as incurred. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within 2-3 business days from when you submitted your order. We will do our best to accommodate as best we can.

Validating or Rejecting Your Order
After you place an order, we will check the information you provided to verify availability of your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and /or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or other contact information you have given us with the order. You check will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your check.

If you have an existing account there are conditions under which your account may be placed on credit hold:
• If your account is over 30 days past due
• If a check is returned for Non Sufficient Funds
• In the event of a debt being turned over to third party collections
• If the combined amount of multiple orders exceeds your approved credit limit.

Terms and Conditions
Applicant authorizes BordertownUSA, LLC to investigate its credit history and understands that BordertownUSA, LLC may also utilize other sources of credit that it considers necessary. Such information will be held in strictest confidence. Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold BordertownUSA, LLC or any other person harmless from liability, damage, or expense arising from or relating to any and all credit investigation. Applicant allows that the findings of this investigation may not necessarily result in an approved line of credit, and may result in deposit, prepayment, or further security demand, or even termination, regardless of activity status.

Buyer agrees to pay seller the sales tax or other taxes imposed on the sale of goods or provide seller with acceptable tax exemption certificate. Addition freight charges billed to us due to audits per ICC regulations will be billed to you promptly.

In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $45.00 fee.

A 2.0% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. The Buyer agrees to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed there under and not paid when due.

Seller is not to be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which Seller has not direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers and in no case shall be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Seller warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Seller by the manufacturer of the goods. Seller makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

In those instances where the Buyer is specifying carrier and the freight is not being added to the invoice, all goods become your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.

The failure of Seller to insist upon the performance of any of the terms or conditions of this contract or to exercise any right there under shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, condition, or right under this contract.

No terms and conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on Seller without the Seller’s written consent.

The invoice is a conditional acceptance by the Seller of the Buyer’s office to purchase Seller’s goods. It may contain terms, which differ from or add to those contained in the Buyer’s purchase order, and to the extent that this is the case, the seller hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of the Buyer’s offer on the Buyer’s accent to the additional or different terms. The Buyer’s receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. The Buyer and Seller agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be constructed to our State Law.

By submitting a purchase order to BordertownUSA, LLC you agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth by our terms and conditions.

Content Errors
Prices and availability of products are subject to change with notice. Our goal is to provide only up-to-date and accurate information to our customers. But mistakes may happen and occasionally product descriptions on BordertownUSA, LLC may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product specifications, prices or availability, and product photos may sometimes depict a different product version than the one we will ship. We reserve the right to correct and update information on our Site at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to revoke any offer that contains an error, or for a product that is not available, at any time prior to shipment, including after you have submitted an order and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your check has been cashed. In the event, we will reverse any applicable charges that have been made to your check, and if the product is or will be available, we will attempt to contact you concerning the mistake to receive your instructions as to whether you wish to purchase on the basis of the corrected information . Our policy is buyer beware.

Return Policy
BordertownUSA, LLC stands behind our products. However, as we deal with customized work , once an item is in production or the materials for production are purchase, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made. We guarantee the product to meet your written specifications as stated on the Purchase Order. We will not accept returned merchandise unless you receive the incorrect product ordered, the product is printed incorrectly or the product is defective or damaged. Notify BordertownUSA, LLC within 5 working days upon receiving any defective or damaged goods. Be sure to keep all materials, goods, and packaging. Also, we strongly urge that you take photos of damaged or defective goods.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Your privacy and personal information is important to us and we understand your concerns about how that information is used and shared. Work Orders
When you place an order on our site it is only considered a “Request to do Business”. We will enter your information into our system and send back an “Order Acknowledgement” containing completed order information, which must be signed and returned to our office before we begin production. We will not be held responsible for missed shipment dates or other appropriate documents and they have been received in our office. If you are not sure if we have received your order it is your responsibility to call our office and confirm reception.

Pricing and Product Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our pricing and product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that any information on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If you have questions concerning pricing or product descriptions please subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to substitute out-of-stock items with one substantially similar or of higher values. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
